Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture said that in the first 5 months of 2019, Hanoi approved 57/68 planning projects. In which, there are 20 zoning plans in satellite districts and urban areas such as Soc Son (6 zones), Xuan Mai (3 zones), Phu Xuyen (2 zones), Son Tay (9 zones) and plan 4 projects of Hoa Lac urban area.
Up to now, Hanoi has approved 57/68 projects planning, including 26/35 zone planning and 31/33 general planning; 11 other projects are being completed. In which, there are 9 subdivision planning and 2 general planning in Gia Lam district and Hoa Lac satellite town.
From the beginning of the year until now, Hanoi continues to implement specific projects such as detailed planning of conservation and development of traditional craft villages combining tourism in Van Phuc and Bat Trang; planning underground parking space network in the 4 central districts; general planning of underground urban construction space in Hanoi city center; planning bus stations, car parks, logistics centers and stop stations... to improve the tools of management of architecture planning, construction investment, promoting the socio-economic development of the Capital.
The city also built 28 regulations on urban architecture management, including: 2 specific regulations, 12 district and town regulations and 14 town regulations. The city also continues to design the idea of planning 20 old apartment buildings as the basis for implementing the next procedure.
Currently, Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture has reported the idea to the City People's Committee of 15 areas (of which 9 have been reported for the second time); The remaining 5 zones are in the progress of being made plans. Prepare for detailed planning of 5 concentrated social housing areas, total area of 272.45 hectare, expected to provide additional 1.2 million m2 of housing floor when completed.
