Da Nang: Mr. Dinh Vui holds the position of Director of Ho Chi Minh City Land Fund Development Center

Mr. Dinh Vui, former Deputy Director of Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center, was appointed as Director of the City Land Fund Development Center.


On July 31, Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment organized the announcement of the Director of the Department about appointing leaders of attached units. Accordingly, Mr. Dinh Vui, former Deputy Director of Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center, was appointed as Director of City Land Fund Development Center.

At the same time, Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment also received Mr. Nguyen Dinh Lam, officer of the City Land Registration Office, to take over the task of Sea and Island Sub-Department and appointed as Deputy Director of Sea and Island within 5 years from the date of decision publication.


Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center was established on the basis of merging Da Nang Land Management and Management Company and Da Nang Real Estate Transaction Center according to Decision No. 4373/QD-UBND dated May 25 June 2013 of Danang People's Committee.


According to the Danang Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the City Land Fund Development Center is a non-business unit with income under the Department of Information and Environment, established by the Danang People's Committee; have legal status, its own office and seal; be allowed to open accounts at the State Treasury and credit institutions to operate in accordance with law.


Danang Land Fund Development Center has the function of creating, developing, managing and exploiting land fund; organize the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement; transfer of land use rights of organizations, households and individuals; organize the auction of land use rights and perform other services in the field of land.
