The environmental protection requirements of the project were compliance with technical regulations on noise, safety and environmental sanitation; collection and treatment of wastewater did not affect surface water and the ecosystem in the project area; Receiving investment projects must complete environmental impact assessment reports.
The project investor also implemented the relevant attached content; at the same time, made an environmental management plan for public posting according to regulations; reported on the results of implementation of environmental protection works for inspection and certification of completion before putting the project into operation.
According to the investor's report, the Da Nang Information Technology Park project has a total area of 341 hectares and a total investment of 2,744 billion VND in technical infrastructure. In particular, the first phase of the project had an area of 131 hectares and an investment of 1,062 billion dong, which was constructed in 2013, so far has completed 96% of the construction and inaugurated on March 29. Currently, the project's power supply system has been connected to the 110kV power station of the High-Tech Park.
