Da Nang: Allow to transfer high-class housing projects to social housing

Along with that, Da Nang City People's Committee assigned Department of Natural Resources and Environment to inspect, review and publish the list of housing projects that investors have mortgaged banks and investors delayed in carrying out procedures for granting certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets for people.


At the same time, the City Tax Department is requested to check, review and publish a list of real estate projects that have not paid land use fees in accordance with the regulations; The People's Committees of districts shall check, review and publish a list of real estate projects that violate construction order and have not accepted the construction quality as prescribed but have been put into use.
