The choice of this plan is to change the purpose of land use in An Don Industrial Park to reduce compensation costs and relocation in new locations, limiting complaints and lawsuits because they are not in the case of the State. land must be recovered; At the same time, to accelerate the implementation of urban construction and development in An Don area under the direction of the Prime Minister.


In case enterprises wish to continue production, they are encouraged to relocate to other IPs in Danang and the city government shall compensate enterprises according to regulations; concurrently organize a land use right auction at the location of the relocated land in accordance with regulations.


In case Massda Land Co., Ltd. (the investor of An Don Industrial Zone) wishes to change the land use purpose to develop the urban area, it must be agreed with the enterprises that receive the transfer of the land sublease right, paid in lump sum for the entire lease term to qualify for land use conversion.
